My default Pop-up blocker is OFF and I have no pop-up blocker plug in or add ons!! This is typical BS from Mozilla!!

Hello George.

Every single modern browser has popups blocked by default. This is typical for every modern browser.

If you want to disable or tweak the popup blocker, go into Tools > Content. There are options there for it.
