updated to Version 3.6.13 but when i open my browser it still says that I need to updatewont update in English

Your user agent string (identifies the version of Firefox) is indicating that you have Firefox 3.0.11. Some add-ons modify the user agent string causing it to show an old version of Firefox even if you have the latest version installed.
