I just installed and starting using Firefox. I want to import my Favorites from Internet Explorer. I found the instructions on how to do this but when I click on File the Import is greyed out and won't let me click on it. Why is this doing this and how do I get it to work?

  • You enter Private Browsing mode if you select: Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Never Remember History"
  • To see all History and Cookie settings, choose: Tools > Options > Privacy, choose the setting Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
  • Uncheck: [ ] "Automatically start Firefox in a private browsing session"
