Every time that I log on,a pop-up window comes up for a few seconds saying its checking for compatibility of my toolbar and firefox 5.0. Then, instead of going right to my home page,(which I have SET as my home page twice already),two tabs come up: My home page and "welcome to Firefox 5.0. Why won't it go directly to my Home Page?

So,I'm not alone with this problem, but nobody has a solution. Is that correct?

No. We've seen this issue quite a lot of times and it is usually caused by a change in the home setting (multiple pages separated by a pipe '|') or a corruption of the file prefs.js in the Firefox Profile Folder.

The solution can be found in the above listed articles (change the home page or delete prefs.js).
