Netflix advised me to change to 32 mode to correct Silverlight loading problem. Your more recent help is for FF 4 which does not apply to FF 6. The 'get info' does not result in a box you can tick for 32 mode. I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8 using FF 6.0. Please advise. Thanks Nirna

  1. Close Firefox
  2. Start the Finder and open the Applications folder
  3. Right click or control-click the Firefox.app icon
  4. Select "Get Info"
  5. Select or Deselect "Open in 32-bit mode"
  6. Close the "Firefox Info" window
  7. Restart Firefox
