What makes you thing that Firefox is stuck in SafeMode?

when i went to fire fox to upgrade fire fox,,the page had said, fire fox is stuck in a safe mood, and what i was to do to correct it . you know" may be it was telling what i would have to do if it did get stuck on safe mood.....
