show all bookmarks does not open library window

I wnt to open the library window to organize bookmark. When i go to bookmarks and ask show all bookmarks, I get no result

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
