MULTIPLE crash reports have been sent, I have done everything suggested on your web site...can't even count the number of crashes...seems to crash EVERYTIME a site leads me to another place either on their site or on facebook, Pinterest crashes whenever anything is added....I basically cannot access anything that requires moving to an additional page. No crash id's come up only Crash report and error and then NOTHING is resolved. I"m VERY frustrated and about to change to another browser!

People here on the support forum can't view your crash reports unless you post a Crash ID or a link to the crash report. See the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article under "Get help fixing this crash".

Make sure when the Mozilla Crash Reporter comes up, that the "Tell Mozilla about this crash ..." box to send a crash report is checked. You should then see a link to the crash report on the about:crashes page, under "Submitted Crash Reports". Please post the latest crash report's bp-xxxxxxxx ID or post a link.

No, we need the Submitted Crash Reports "bp-xxxxxxx" crash report ID or link, which you can get by entering about:crashes in the Firefox address bar.

That is a problem with Trusteer Rapport (RapportTanzan10.dylib)

You can try to stop Trusteer Rapport if installing the latest version doesn't help.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_crashes#Trusteer_Rapport
Quote:

Trusteer Rapport (an application promoted by some banks for malware protection) may cause Firefox to crash. If you use this software, try disabling it as follows: [1] [2]

  • On Windows: Go to "Start->All Programs->Trusteer Rapport->Stop Rapport"
  • On Mac: Go to "System Preferences -> Other -> Rapport -> Stop Rapport"

If that stops the crashes, try updating the software to the latest version, uninstall the program if you don't need it, or contact Trusteer Support.

chablisa,

Here is the crash report for the Crash ID you furnished:

https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/46c582c3-4ca6-473c-ac59-739db2120718
Firefox 14.0.1 Crash Report [@ CheckMapHeaderCommon ]

It might a font issue, since I see the libFontParser.dylib module listed under the "crashing thread" section of the report. Check for corrupt fonts and install any available OS updates, which is what worked for another Mac user in an earlier thread. See https://support.mozilla.org/questions/922974

For other ideas, see:

If you need more help you should probably ask a new question, since this thread is over 4 months old and is about a different problem/solution. You can use this link as a starting point: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/new
