AOL and Youtube nolonger run on my PC laptop, as of Monday April 22. Why is this?
They worked fine Sunday evening. Now You Tube presents as a list 3 or 4 words on a line, the rest a blank white page. I clicked on a line that was the title of a song and it asked me to sign in to You Tube, I have never had to do that before. When trying to figure out how to sign up the site froze. AOL presents as a list too, Back to Mobile View(underlined) is the first line but when I click nothing happens then there's a ‘14’ sometimes gobbledygook mix of the AOL logo, an image like what is normally in the upper left corner of the AOL screen, the word welcome, and other text I cannot decipher. Sometimes there is no image merely the words: Welcome Sign In Change Canvas
AOL.COM-News, Sports, Weather, Entertainment, Local, Lifestyle (in larger font bold) Search
Under the mess are a black envelope icon and a red envelope icon, with "Mail" in black under each icon, a black mobile phone icon and a red mobile phone icon, with “Apps” in black under each. These dual icons continue for pages, some labeled, some not.

Hello,
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
- Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
- In the Firefox options window click the Advanced tab, then select "General".
- In the settings list, you should find the Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
- Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:
