Upon installation of Shackwave Flash update, recieved error message "failed to initialize". Redownloading installer from mozzilla leads to same result.

Hello, be sure that Firefox is closed (from File > Exit), before install Flash. Also be sure to run the Flash installer as Administrator (right-click: Run as ...) to get access rights for installing the files. Any luck ?
