Can't play HBO GO videos on Firefox

Have talked a LOT to AT&T; they can't figure it out. HBOGO plays fine on IE, but not at all on Firefox. The HBOGO site loads and signs me in. When I click on a video, I get a popup: Video Player Error try later D-1006. I've re-installed newest Firefox and Flash versions. Flash is listed on my FF plug-ins.

Note that your System Details List shows multiple Flash plugins.

  1. Shockwave Flash 11.8 r800
  2. Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700
  3. Shockwave Flash 11.4 r402

You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32).
