Shockwave Flash is set to 'Always Activate' but: -Some videos on www.eminiaddict.com say that a plugin is needed. -Videos on www.dickmorris.com are chunky and tiled.

The above two play fine on IE.

You may need a plugin as Quicktime, as you only have Flash Installed.

Thanks for the reply but I have never used QuickTime, nor the plugin.

The problem started when I recently migrated from an XP laptop to a new Win7 laptop, with a new installation of Firefox, using MozBackup to transfer the profile.

I did solve one problem by following the instructions here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/windows-media-or-other-plugins-stopped-working

The tiled and chunky video at www.dickmorris.com remains. See pic.

Update your Intel graphics driver and try again.

You can go to this page to automatically detect your Intel graphics device and download the appropriate drivers for it: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

Also, make sure you have ran Windows Update and everything else is up-to-date.
