I am unable to physically "push" the File, Edit, View, History, Bookmark, Tool, or Help tabs in the menu bar of my mozilla. All the other solutions say to push "help..." but I CANT PUSH HELP!!! its there, I see it, but when i got to click on it it doesnt open! Same with the other options. In order to close out of firefox I found out if I push ctrl Q it will shut it, but I don't know how to fix this problem. Please help!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
