Why does Firefox Mac in full screen on second monitor still have an empty bar along the top of the screen?

In Mavericks when Firefox 28 or 29 is full screened on a secondary display, there's still an empty bar when the OS menubar auto-hides. Seems like this is a bug, no?

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox (you need to close and restart Firefox).

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

No difference. I think it has more to do with Maverick's putting a menu bar on both screens and Firefox not handling it in all cases.
