When I want to save a document to the desktop, I click on File and select save page as. Recently there was a change to the format options. I was able to save my documents to the desktop and in format was pdf which I selected and saved. Now the format options are Test Files, Web page HTML only and Web page complete. I have no idea what happened to the PDF format and there is no way that I know of that I can insert that option. Keep in mind that I am an 85 year old woman with limited technology knowledge. If uploading a .gpx file (list of GPS track points - in XML format), FF will open a tab then another etc quite quickly. It also creates a 0 byte file in the downloads directory. This happens eg if using the Google maps to gpx converter (https://mapstogpx.com/).

If FF is closed down, on restarting it just continues - infinite loop.

The way to stop is invoke FF by clicking a saved link or from command line with a url as argument. This stops the loading of the gpx as your chosen page is loaded instead. You can then hover over the existing GPX tabs and select remove duplicate tabs.

When viewing a document on Ancestry there are blank squares such that I can read the whole document. This only happens on Fire Fox. When I use Google Chrome I can read the whole document. How do I fix this on Fire Fox.

Insert picture in email text does not work. When attempting to drag/insert picture into email text, the message "The following files couldn't be attached: filename.jpg. Please try again later." appears. Firefox 133.03 64-bit is up to date on Windows 10. I have not been able to find a solution. The dragged/inserted picture always ends up outside the email text box and cannot be moved into it. What is a solution? Is this something new or do I need to reload Firefox?

It worked last Christmas!!! It is not important now that the holiday is over but would like to fix it.
