New messages will not download. The status bar shows no messages to download with the green in process bar running. If I click on the get mail button, I receive This folder is being processed alerts for all of my email accounts. It is not the ISP as I get the new messages on my other computer running Thunderbird. I ran the database index is suggested with no change. No messages have been downloaded for three days. How do I reset Thunderbird to get my messages?
