Those Windows Mobile builds are from 2010 and were not really Releases and more like experimental builds before starting with Android.

Marco, that is a good question. At this time I do not know, however they did just cancel the development of Metro for touch Windows devices.

Firefox OS started with a blank github directory and some motivated contributors.
