Running Firefox 36.0.1 a security update was downloaded on 3.19.2015. Norton said it found a cloud 9 problem. Afterwards tried to open Firefox, but instead of opening I received a 'Can't Find Run-Time' error. Deleted Firefox from programs, installed new and everything worked just fine. 2 days later received a security update downloaded it and the same exact thing happened. After deleting again, Installed new with 36.0.3 and everything works fine again. I'm using Win XP Pro SP3

This is a problem with Norton and not the Firefox browser with Norton's claim of Suspicious.Cloud

It has been doing this Suspicious.Cloud false positive with SeaMonkey for years every so often Releases of SM and Norton has not bothered to fix it. Norton antivirus would claim a virus is in file freebl3.dll only there is not and never has been.

It got to be such a regular occurrence that they even single out Norton in the Known Issues of SeaMonkey Release notes for some years as can be seen in http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.33/#issues and will be listed until Norton finally fixes it.

Posts about the Suspicious.cloud claim with Firefox here (and at mozillaZine) have been infrequent compared to SeaMonkey.

Okay so this is a Norton issue only, it must be with Firefox 36 as I've never had an issue before with updates. I looked at some of the reports, but most had to do with sea monkey and I'm not using it so just wasn't sure.
