How can I get rid of the display of the entire message source in incoming emails?

I must have inadvertently made changes to the options because the entire list of message sources is displayed in every incoming message. When I forward a message to someone else, a very large section at the beginning of the message is occupied by the message source data. This is different on my other computer, where I did not make any changes. How can I get rid of this?

Thank you TenthLine
