I downloaded Firefox onto my Windows Vista and an error message came up saying the programs either didn't load or is inaccessable. So clicking on the icon does nothing....I've even tried going in a number of ways but nothing happens. So I uninstalled the product and re-downloaded it. The same message comes up.

You may have to disable your security software temporarily if you keep having problems with installing Firefox.
