I am using WIN XP SP 3.0 32 bit on a desktop computer. I tried to watch an ep of the Block, on Jump In, (Channel 9 AU) but it won't even load. I was advises in the FAQ's to disable my Ad Blocker, (on FF) which I did, but it still won't load. I re-started FF after disabling Ad Blocker, BTW... Any advice on what what else can I do, please? I watched a missed ep about 4 weeks ago, & it was fine.... Please, if you know, can you please give me step by step instructions, as I am not tech minded...except for basics. Thanks so much Peace & Love to you all Sylvia

Do you have any other blocking programs?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
