Can't find my email inbox
My computer CPU failed. I purchased new computer and was told that data from the old computer was installed into the new machine. However, programs were not. Now I cannot access my emails or find the usual display.

I suggest you ask the person that moved your data. No one is going to be able to guess what has been done to your computer.
