I wanted to delete the spam from its folder, I clicked on that folder and using the popup menu clicked delete. Well all the spam vanished along with the folder. Also 3/4s of the list of email folders did the same. Some went to the trash can and more went ? Where is a good question, where did they go? I went to the community with that question but they had one answer. One answer said to check the trash can where I found SOME, but also some couldn't be restored, so they were deleted. Where are the ones that were restored? Back where they came from, emails? Also the inbox for the email folders isn't at the top of the listings of folders, it's 4 from the bottom of what I have left. Any ideas?

This is the community support forum. I don't know where you were before, as this is your 6th question here, I would have thought you would know it was a community support forum.

So now about some information. Lots of background in your post, but precious little in the way of information.

  • Open Help (or click on three-line-icon and select Help)
  • Choose Troubleshooting Information
