Firefox just freezes.I can't open it and I can't delete it.I have to go into safe mode and delete several folders after I enter the search term Mozilla.If I enter fire fox it doesn't solve the problem.Only when I enter Mozilla can I delete folders which will allow me to delete Firefox,so that I can reinstall it.It will then work until I add a theme. the process starts over again.How can I resolve this.I've used Firefox forever and never had this problem.Thank You

Did you try to uninstall that theme?

If you start Firefox in Safe Mode then you should use the default theme.

  • "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance

I can't uninstall the theme because I can't open Firefox to uninstall it.I'd appreciate more feedback.thanks
