I have Windows 10 64 bit version. For the last couple of months I have had particularly opening Acrobat DC. Also I noticed that the regular updates for Firefox ceased. I noticed that I had the 32 bit version of Firefox and decided to install the 64 bit. I have followed all the instructions from Support for installing 64 bit version of Firefox, it unzips and says it was successful but then disappears and nothing happens. I search and only old Mozilla Firefox folders show up. Each time I go to the downloads folder and click on the zip file, it repeats the same process and disappears. I have tried restarting my pc, I've searched the blog, support questions and seems like I'm the only one with this problem. Help.

Are you running the setup file on an account with admin privileges? Try right clicking and run as administrator.

Thank you Moses. I actually had to go to the downloads file to do what you said because from the Chrome browser and Edge it would not allow me to choose option of Run as Admin. Thanks for your help I appreciate it. Love Firefox.
