One of my profile folder is C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\qrp3ekcl.default-1435010581971\storage\default and it contains about 3 GB of files. Can I safely delete the contents of this folder or at least some of the subfolders?

Use the Profile Manager to delete a profile: WInkey+R and type thunderbird.exe -p
