main thing is that firefox is not giving good services to their users.

They can't hold data for longer time.


Chrome & opera are good browser than Mozilla browser

from march 2017 to July 2017 I have not signed into firefox account from any devices. Is that the reason for data loose

I doubt if not being signed in to Sync for 3 or 4 months would cause your data to get lost, but it doesn't sound like you were using Firefox as intended to begin with. You should have made a backup of your Firefox Profile before that re-installation.
