FedEx.com hangs up with Firefox

Using the newest Firefox 57 and it is working fine EXCEPT with FedEx where it hangs up and no links open. I have removed FedEx cookies to no avail. It does work with Chrome, but I am a Firefox lover. Any suggestions?

Also, what do you mean that it hags up? That the page won't open?

OK - what happens is when I go to schedule a pick-up and want to see the history or past pickups, I click on the My Pickups and nothing happens. When I want to see my invoices listed, I can hit the arrow showing the tracking number and then it stops going to the next number.... Also there is a clear box that no matter what page I open to, it appears in the upper right side blocking some info:

Top Searches Door tag Supplies Shipping label Commercial invoice

and it just stay there and there is no way to get rid of it.

Can I uninstall and reinstall fedex.com?

if you have windows, then I think so. Just press the windows button (Windows 10) and type programs and features. Then look for the fedex file, and double click it. then reinstall the file from the website that you got the file. Thats the best I can do. Good luck! -Zombieslayer57

AHA! It is not listed in Programs and Features - the plot thickens and by the way, I appreciate all your time and effort.

I appreciate your suggestion but I think this is a Firefox issue because it works perfectly on Chrome. Thank you

Go to addons in the three dash icon in the top right corner, then try locating the fedex addon there, then enable it because it might be disabled as a app. -Zombieslayer57

It is not an add-on!

It still might be located there, like adobe flash player though.
