whenever i try to open a new tab. somehow one of the previous tab is closed. It also happens when i click on the tab in the navigation bar.

Update Video Card Drivers and if issue is fine above then it is Extensions and need to test them as you put them back, slowly 1 at a time and test also could be a combo when installed is causing the issue so do Test...
