I noticed my bookmarks stopped syncing between mac desktop and mac laptop. I have 9000 bookmarks I think . I did delete about 1000 of them so now I have about 8000. But still no syncing. I do not want to recreate my accounts and resync if I do not have to. I did back up my bookmarks on both machines already though. But it will be a pain re-establishing bookmarks if I have to recreate my sync-accounts. I am up to date on software versions and have no other computer problems.

actually I am not sure how many bookmarks I have . I thought I saw 9000 somewhere at first but maybe that is too high. I do have a lot though. Probably 5000. Is there a limit ? But I deleted about 1000 and sync is still not working.

Oh I just found out for sure.... I had 8800 bookmarks and deletes some, so now I have about 7000. Did I see online there is a 5000 limit?

Hi, would not know as do not use it. Also others here do not use. Firefox Volunteer Support can only offer the info we have on it as we do nothing else on it.

This is all I have on Sync :

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. Note : may take awhile for someone to view the logs but you can also look and maybe determine the error. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
