Why am I getting a double entry in the Sent box if I write an email (via Thunderbird) in my Outlook account?
I had trouble getting the Outlook account to link to my computer via Thunderbird, and just when I thought I had achieved success, every sent email is appearing twice in the Thunderbird Sent box. I don't know what I did to cause this to happen. Help!
Solution eye eponami
Outlook and gmail already save sent messages so you need to tell Thunderbird to stop. Go to Account Settings-Copies and Folders and unchecked the save sent messages option.
