I've been backing up my local folders and I've attached a screen shot of the folders and structure. Two questions: does this look like I've got them captured AND in the event I have to restore them, can I just copy the "Changeover.sdb" folder and be good to go?

In the 'Local Folder' folder, there should be a 'ChangeOver' mbox file and a 'ChangeOver.msf' file. These would be required in order to access 'ChangeOver.sbd' folder which probably contains more mbox and .msf files.

'ChangeOver.sbd' folder is created when the 'ChangeOver' folder in Folder Pane has subfolders.

Thank you for your answer. If I'm reading this correctly, it would appear these files exist so I should be good to go as far as backing up the necessary files.
