Every time I attempt to open my FF browser, I am taken to the Amaysim log in procedure screen. What I can tell you is that I repeatedly receive an icon, a greyed out triangle w an exclamation mark inside it.

When pressed, I receive another screen, w some other icons: a grey 'lock' symbol; a blue square w a capital letter 'A' inside, w accounts.amaysim.com.au written beside it;

and underneath, a yellow triangle w an exclamation mark inside it, w the writing in bold, Insecure connection

further down this screen, is written 'Parts of this page are not secure (such as images)'.

This was a second screen, an overlay on the amaysim login procedure. However, it appears that my screenshot function will not work with this 2nd screen.

The site I am always taken to is amaysim.com.au.

Thanks

Elius

Yes, in this instance, it is.

Given this, are you able to kindly inform me of what you think the problem is?

I think that this could be so called "captive portal detection". I'm not sure, if it's requested by Firefox, or by Android itself.

In Firefox you can turn it off in about:config, switching the network.captive-portal-service.enabled pref.

The 2nd option is that the Home Page is being redirected to the login form.
