Hi Christine328, it's probably best NOT to connect your work Firefox to a Firefox Account so that its data remains local and doesn't go up to the cloud. Using a Firefox Account is optional.

But if you did want a second Firefox Account, you would need a second email address. You can get a new one from Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, etc., or use your work email address if you haven't connected that to your current Firefox account.

Does that make sense?

You don't even need a Firefox Account, unless you do want to synchronize Firefox user data across multiple devices. IOW, if you have 2 PC's, or a laptop and a PC, or have a Smart phone (or other "mobile" device) that you want to sync with a laptop or desktop PC.

But keep in mind that a Firefox Account can be used for other Mozilla Services related to registrations, too. In such a case, just don't connect the Firefox Account to Sync, it isn't intended to be used with a solitary device; it's a poor substitute for a real back-up of user data.
