I WAS CONTACTED BY FASTSUPPORT.COM AND THEY WANTED TO ACCESS MY COMPUTER. THEY WANTED ME TO ACCESS FASTSUPPORT.COM WEBSITE, WHICH WOULD ALLOW THEM TO ACCESS MY COMPUTER. THIS IS A SCAM SITE AND WILL GO AFTER YOUR DATA ON ONE'S COMPUTER.

HI, I can imagine that you are upset but using caps as you know on the met is considered impolite and rude.

I would think you went to a page that brought this up or a page sometime before and it was in your cache or Temp Files some where.

Please use : https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/

I would suggest then that your Security program/s are not good enough.

Is ok, it happens. You may want to check this out it is new and is made by the people i asked you to scan with. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?platform=mac&q=malwarybytes

It does have a draw back at times it can break video on let's say CBSNEWS.com and would have to go into the settings and turn down or off for awhile. Also : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/norton-safe-web/ As well as these others you could consider for added protection. Added as there is always a way in, if not today, tomorrow.
