Define "current resource consumption". I am on W10x64 FF66.0.5x64 and have no resource(RAM) issues.

Mozilla doesn't provide a Firefox build for your platform. You need a special Firefox build if you want to run Firefox on a Raspberry PI platform. You can do a Google search for a version for your platform.
