I have wifi set on my phone to "keep wifi on during sleep" set to never. This always worked, when picking up the phone and entering my pin I get a message saying wifi has reconnected. But with this beta installed, the wifi is connected all the time, it never turns off during sleep. This is useless. I'm going to uninstall and revert to the regular Firefox

Try to enter about:config in the URL bar and flip the preference network.manage-offline-status. Does it help?
