problem about receiving 6 figures authentication code by email
hi there! I need some assistance regarding my Mozilla x Firefox account. I’m supposed to receive a code by e-mail but the servers have been de activated in 2019. Is there another way to go through this process?

Do you mean your e-mail address is no longer available?
Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.
Check your user profile at the site. Also, check your junk mail folder.
Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user icon to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.
Actually, I can login to my account and read my archives but I can't receive or send e-mails anymore since 2019.
So even if I check my junk mail folder that won't change a thing since I can't receive e-mails.. I tried to go to support.mozilla.org but when I try to change the e-mail address with my new one I'm not allowed to go further since I'm asked to verify my account by entering a code... that I can't receive.
I'm not sure if I'm clear?
Yes, I understand. I called an administrator.
thanks. let me know in DMs if you need some info about the account?
In case it helps: Add a secondary email address to Mozilla accounts and then make it your primary address: Change the primary email address on your Mozilla account
Can you login to the Firefox account via this web page?

I actually tried that but I'm asked first to verify my primary address...

Yes I can ! But once I'm online, I can't do anything without this "verification process"

You need to wait.
You can try to change the email address to a service like Gmail as a test if you currently use your ISP's email service to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the advice! I just gave it a try but it didn't work.. (Gmail can't reach the server.. which makes sense)
What is your ISP? (The bit after the @ symbol, like gmail.com or comcast.net)
What do you mean with: (Gmail can't reach the server.. which makes sense)
What server would Gmail try or want to access ?
Mozilla would send the email to the Gmail server and Gmail would notify you that they have received email that you can download from Gmail to your computer to read this email.

My bad, I thought you wanted me to try to connect my email address to my gmail account so I could receive my emails on Gmail.
Actually, you wanted me to update my primary - or secondary - email with a gmail right?
Yes, the intention was try to change the current email address to a Gmail email address as some email domains may not work properly with Amazon AWS used by Mozilla.
