The toolbar customization is very good, to put what we use most often. But depending on the work, new add-ons, or add-ons that are no longer needed, I often need to customize the toolbar. In previous versions access was easy, now access is in a sub-menu. Can't put a short-key for this option? It would be really good!! But I can't find any add-on that allows me to do this.

Easiest to open the customize page is by right-clicking free space on a toolbar to open the context menu. You will find "Customize Toolbar" at the bottom of the list.
