Bookmarks
First, I'm just gonna say this because I want Mozilla to see it: I HATE "ask the community" when I have a question! Passing the buck to your customers rather than providing customer service for a product YOU provide is beyond lame! >:( If you provide a product, then YOU should also provide the customer service!
So here is my issue: my computer died recently. Dead, wouldn't boot, nothing.
I have a new computer now. If I sign into Firefox, I thought because I had signed in under my name and account that all my bookmarks would be there, but they are NOT! WHY?! Please don't tell me they are lost! It shouldn't matter what computer I use; if I'm signed into Firefox my bookmarks should all be there!!!! :( >:(

Hi kurlikew1
I'm sorry for your loss of trust in Firefox. It is a non-profit organization working really hard to give you the browser you love. After all, they are letting you browse the web.
Anyways, I'm very sorry for your issue.
Just signing in won't help syncing bookmarks. Once you've logged in, refer to the following for which device you want to sync not only your bookmarks, but autofill info and preferences too:
Computer: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-sync-my-computer Android: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/sync-bookmarks-tabs-history-and-passwords-android IOS: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/sync-bookmarks-logins-and-browsing-history-firefox
I hope this helps.
