I have a MAC, I need to use Firefox to open a website. I've installed the certificate properly and the website was running well, a couple of days ago I'm not able to open the website and I've tried everything. Reinstall Firefox, import the certificate again, but nothing seems to work.

I keep getting the following message: The connection has timed out.

An error occurred during a connection to XXXX WEBSITE NAME XXXX

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

same here, the last update simply broke the working older version of firefox for me

why not go and do less updates but good and tested ones.. its beyond me

i have the exact same problem like OP no its not my firewall, because i can access these website absolutly normal in any other browser on my pc i didnt changed anything in firefox settings, firewall, nor did i updated any addon etc.pp it occurred right after updating firefox...

i will now wait for another update fix, and i dont want to waste my time by tryin to fix it via 100 steps through cache or profile deleting, which doesnt fix it at all for the time i will simply use a different browser, and continue using it, until you get your sh.. together
