Minimize, Maximize, and exit icons are visible but dim like in background and can't be selected. Disabling hardware acceleration makes them bright again but they still can't be used. Change to troubleshoot mode and it works fine.

After an automatic update this morning I lost the use of the - and x. I thought I found the solution: Unchecked "Use recommended performance settings" under Settings/Performance. Now the - and x are bright again (instead of the dim, window in background look) but they still don't work.

Thought I had it fixed when I swapped mice. Worked for a couple minutes then back to the same problem. The mouse works fine for every other program I've tried, but not Firefox after the upgrade.

If it works in Troubleshoot mode, what add-ons are you running? I'm in Win7 and cannot replicate the issue. see screenshot
