While viewing a page I press ctrl-d to save a bookmark. I want to customize the name of the bookmark based on information on the page, but the popup panel obscures the information I want and my mental capacity is deficient to remember the details I want to use. How can I move the panel position to reveal what is underneath?

You can copy this data to the clipboard before you press Ctrl+D or click the star on the location bar to open the edit this bookmark dialog.

I'm thinking about using GreaseMonkey to alter css to move the panel; but I have not found any element id's to use. Mouse "right click" event causes the panel to close; I cannot "inspect" the DOM.

This edit bookmark panel (#editBookmarkPanel) is normally attached to the star on the location bar, so you can possibly move all icon positioned next to it to the left end of the location bar.
