Restore profile
FF would start to load but never completely finish so I forgot & stupidly did the troubleshooting mode or w/e that put me back to default so LOST all my settings, etc.. Strangely it's back "close" to normal except I was using Passbrow which the icon shows on toolbar but greyed out & I can't get it to turn back on. I have the "Old FF Data" folder but following the steps it doesn't show where profile is stored for me to be able to copy the old data TO. IF I can restore the old profile hopefully that would get it back working ALL as it was...but HOW??

I eventually figured out how to put Old Data back into FF BUT it didn't work AND then the majority of extensions that had been there were gone! Tried other things over 2 hours & after several restarts FF is mostly back to the way it was - IDK WHY I tried so many things. I had Dark Reader extension for dark mode & I "think" the FF toolbar used to be in dark mode also but now it isn't - but I can't be sure. Also there's an extra TAB just below the menu bar (see photo) that just wastes space I can't figure out how to get rid off.

Troubleshooting mode is (normally) temporary. It seems that you have 'refreshed' Firefox. You can copy certain files and folders from "Old Firefox data" to your profile folder.
