Update problem
I am locked out of my account because I get the message "Your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Thunderbird. Do you want to reboot?" I then reboot and get the same message when I try accessing Thunderbird. I tried uninstalling but I get that same message. I installed the latest version anyways and it works until I close it and then try to reopen it and I get the same message. Any ideas?

Delete the Program directory where Thunderbird is installed - see Help > Troubleshooting Information. Download and install Thunderbird from the website.
