When I went to sign up for the Free version of Monitor, the 3rd item on the screen before I could actually create an account “said” that “They would be asking for more PI or PII." Who are they?

Normally this form would be if you have Monitor Plus (subscription) however you could try asking at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/monitor/form
