How do I open hotmail messages, delete, compose, etc. ? It has stopped working since May 31st.
On May 31st , 2010 my hotmail stopped working properly with Firefox. After logging in to my account, I see that I have new messages, but cannot read them, or read the old messages. I cannot delete, compose, or do anything with my messages. I can access hotmail through explorer but would rather continue to use firefox. What can I do to fix it? I have tried downloading the newest version of firefox but that didn't help. My hotmail address is gstrayerart@hotmail.com

My old messages are being deleted after 7 days, but I do not want all the old messages to be deleted. This problem just started in March. How can we stop the automatic deletion of old messages on hotmail?

I have a problem similar to gstrayerart@hotmail.com, except that I use AT&T webmail instead of Hotmail, using Firefox 3.6.9 and running WinXP SP3. It started just a couple of days ago. The email header shows up, but I cannot read the content of the email, either in the reading pane or by double-clicking the email to open the full window for email. I can read my email using IE7 (opens very slowly) or Google Chrome. larry.d.adams@att.net

I have a problem similar to gstrayerart@hotmail.com, except that I use mail.tiscali.it. It works with Firefox 3.6.13 but is not works with firefox 4 beta 10. The mail page open but it is not possible to access to the message list.
Like Angatti I cannot open my Tiscali emails in FF4, beta 11 in my case (no problem in FF3.6). I am currently trying to get TalkTalk to look at their compatibility with FF4. So far they have suggested clearing the cookie cache and trying IE! Needless to say, I asked them to think again.
I am having fits trying to send, reply to, or forward emails on Hotmail. Microsoft says it's likely a compatibility problem with Firefox. I recently downloaded the 4.0 version of Firefox. Sorry I did. Any solutions?
