After I updated my Firefox, a pop-up told me to update my Adobe Flash Player - it could cause problems if I didn't - my security told me that the download was Not a secure site - if my security is telling me this - I don't feel secure downloading it. What is the actual status of the new download?

If you are getting a warning from your separate security software, you need to contact them and make them aware that there is a problem with their software.

Try the following instructions for updating Adobe Flash. There is a direct download link in the article below, "Updating Flash".
