Try starting Firefox in safe mode, you should be able to access the add-ons manager whilst in safe mode and disableuninstall add-ons there.

This is caused by a problem with the Forecastfox add-on. You can stop the error by either disabling or uninstalling the Forecastfox add-on.
- Open the add-ons manager - in the menus select Tools, then Add-ons
- In the add-ons manager go to the Extensions panel
- In the list of add-ons click on Forecastfox to select it, then either click on the Disable or Uninstall button
- Re-start Firefox to complete the process
Do you have Personas Plus 1.6 installed? If you do try disabling that one instead, it has been causing problems with add-ons.
Thank you TonyE. However, when I click on Add-ons, nothing happens & freezes my system with this message.... A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js:623 I do have a Personas icon in Tools but no button to uninstall. How or where can I disable it? Thanks again, very much!

TonyE, you're a genius! It worked in safemode! I'm not going crazy anymore with that annoying error message & freezing system. The best part, I'm learning to trouble shoot, in my sunset years. Thank you! Luv U, & take care!
FYI: The "nsExtensionManager.js:623" issue is caused by an incompatibility of Personas Plus 1.6 with the Google Toolbar.
