I was using Firefox 3.6 and my Norton Toolbar worked perfectly. Now with Firefox 4 it's not compatible. Whats the deal? What do I do do make this work?

This toolbar is very helpful with deterring me from unsafe websites that show up regularly in google searches. I'm strongly considering going back to 3.6 becuase of this. Can anyone help?

You need to contact Norton about their plans for supporting Firefox 4. I know they are working on updating their products to work with Firefox 4 but I do not know how long it will be before the updates are released.

For info Firefox has a built-in option to block reported web forgeries and reported attack sites. When you visit a site it compares it against a database of known malicious sites (the list is maintained by Google) and warns you before visiting the site. To ensure this option is turned on, in the tools menu select Options to open the options window. Go to the Security panel and make sure that "Block reported attack sites" and "Block reported web forgeries" are both selected.

The extension API for Firefox 4.0 was complete over 5 months ago. I wonder why Norton didn't work on updating their Firefox 4.0 extensions over the last 5 months instead of waiting to the last minute as they always seem to do?
